Hui Hoomalu Silent Auction & Bake Sale

The Hui Hoomalu Bake Sale, Rummage Sale and Silent Auction was a great success!

HIS devoted its summer community service project to our neighbors in Iwilei: Hui Ho’omalu, a project of the Partners In Development Foundation that supports resource families and foster youth in Hawaii.

We are proud to say we had 100 percent staff participation, handling the rummage sale and silent auction for the event, and helped Hui Ho’omalu exceed its fundraising goal by a wide margin. More importantly, our team gained a new appreciation for the importance of the foster care system, along with the challenges that foster children face.

Mahalo to Hui Hoomalu for allowing us to be a part of this special event, and a big mahalo to everyone who donated silent auction items, baked goods, rummage sale gems, cash, time, and positive thoughts in support of this project!
